Does it shrink?
Because the Gildan Heavy Blend Hoodie is made with 50/50 preshrunk cotton and polyester blend, the polyester component substantially lowers the overall shrink ability of the hoodie. However, do expect 2-3% shrinkage in length when following the washing label’s instructions.
How heavy is the hoodie?
The hoodie weighs 13.5 oz with an equal blend of cotton & polyester - an ideal weight to wear all year round. The hooded sweatshirt is made with an air-jet yarn for a softer feel and reduced pilling. It is also lined with heavy cotton fleece for extra warmth and coziness.
Is it unisex?
Yes! The hoodie is unisex.
How is the fit?
This hoodie is true to size. The waistband sits nicely at the top of the hips, and while there is room for movement, the hoodie does not droop. However, if you are looking for an oversized look, we suggest going up 1 or 2 sizes.
